Conference facilities

Linden is not only about entertainment, tourism and great eco destinations. It is also in growing demand for conferences.Businesses other institutions and enterprises planning to have a conference, retreat, luncheon or just a day out to relax, should check our facilities.

Our members offer conference facilities for groups of up to 200 participants, with our smallest conference room accommodating up 20 participants.

We are also in a position to organize a tour of Linden or boat tours on the Demerara River with trained tour guides. We have four standard tours to choose from depending on your specific wishes: two exploratory bus trips (history, sightseeing) and two enjoyable boat ride alternatives.
Both bus tours will acquaint you with Linden and its sights (Water Wheel, Museum, Watooka Club, Blue Lake, etc.); however, the longer one will take you up to Rockstone (if desired we can organize lunch at the "Rockstone Arawana Lodge").

The boat trips take you up-river either during the day (choose your preferred time) for a little break or you can cruise and enjoy the "sun downer trip" after 5 p.m. with a glass of Guyanese rum in your hand while the sun sets and the green shores of the Demerara pass by.

In case you have more specific desires (visit to the bauxite mines, meeting with persons and/or institutions such as RDC, M&TC, LEAP,  etc) or if you prefer long or short trips , then let us know.
